NACPI Member Recognition Program:
The NACPI Recognition Program is intended to recognize outstanding achievements and formally acknowledge significant contributions in the categories identified (Excellence in Leadership, Innovation, Outstanding Consumer Protection, Support to NACPI, and Partnership(s)). Awards are presented by the President of NACPI in appreciation of outstanding performance, and the key to the success of the program is member participation - the generosity of NACPI members in recognizing their colleagues.
NACPI offers two types of memberships - Regular Memberships and Associate Memberships.
Regular members are individuals employed by a government agency, at the city, county, state or federal level engaged in the enforcement of consumer protection laws.
Associate members are our partners from private industry such as our corporate sponsors, exhibitors, Better Business Bureaus, etc.
The membership of the Association shall consist of individuals employed by an agency, office, department or bureau of a federal, state, county, city, province, territory or district government as: investigators; supervisors of investigators; paralegals; analysts; specialists; agents; police officers; or persons engaged in the enforcement of consumer protection laws and other consumer laws including but not limited to elder abuse/neglect/financial exploitation, health fraud, real estate fraud, computer/internet fraud and telecommunication fraud.
